Sunny Kaushal is a Hindi-language actor from India. He is Vicky Kaushal's younger brother and the son of action director Sham Kaushal. Kaushal studied accounting at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India before moving to Los Angeles to pursue acting. In the films My Friend Pinto (2011) and Gunday (2012), he worked as an assistant director (2014). He earned his first commercial breakthrough after making his acting debut in the box office flop Sunshine Music Tours and Travels (2016), portraying a hockey player in the sports drama Gold (2018).
